Justin Roth - LCSW and Therapist

I empower individuals, families, and couples to live life to their fullest. I believe strongly in helping clients to help themselves. We are not robots. We are humans. As humans, we are not perfect and we all have emotions. Embracing and accepting our emotions is a key component in moving towards reaching our goals. I provide care, support, and guidance in working with clients while they participate in therapy. This is a collaborative and team approach. Since we are not robots, I work with everyone on an individualized (non-cookie cutter) basis unique to their situation.

Using evidenced-based interventions, I have worked with individuals, families, and couples since I became licensed in 2010. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master of Social Work degree from the University of South Florida in 2008. I offer assistance to children and adults.

Throughout my career, I have been blessed with opportunities to assist others, gain invaluable experience, and collaborate with outstanding professionals. It is an honor to work with individuals and families. Thank you in advance if I have the honor to work with you and for letting me into your life!

Jennifer Roth - LCSW and Therapist

I'm a therapist with over 15 years of experience treating individuals with PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family issues, employment stress, and more. I am EMDR certified and with my EMDR certification I can help people make positive changes by using new methods that have been proven to work. Help people get motivated to make changes, learn new ways to deal with problems, and think and act in healthier ways so they can live their best life. I speak both English and Spanish.

I hope to be the guide that helps people get motivated to make changes, learn new ways to deal with problems, and think and act in healthier ways so they can live their best life. I take a "holistic" approach to my work. Instead of focusing on one problem, I think it's important to look at and think about the whole picture. Remembering that it's okay to not be okay is an important part of healing and getting through things. The first step to healing is to ask for help.

I have worked as a therapist for more than 15 years, so I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds. I am an expert at helping people with anxiety, depression, and past trauma. I am trained in EMDR and have worked with many people with PTSD, from those who experienced trauma as children to those who were in active combat.

I'm excited to work with you to make a personalized plan that will help you reach your full potential and improve your quality of life.

Sofia Parra - RCSWI and Therapist

Hi, my name is Sofia Parra, and I am an RCSWI dedicated to supporting individuals as they grow, heal, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I have experience working with both children and adults and enjoy supporting people through the different stages and experiences of life.

Life can bring many changes and challenges, from navigating stress and anxiety to adjusting to life transitions, relationships, work-life balance, and everything in between. I believe you do not have to navigate these experiences alone. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self, speaking openly and from the heart, and exploring what you are experiencing at your own pace.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe therapy is a team effort, and I work alongside my clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while identifying their strengths and developing tools that can support meaningful change.

Above all, I want my clients to feel heard, respected, and understood. Whether you are working through a difficult transition, managing anxiety or stress, navigating relationships, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, I am here to meet you where you are and support you along the way.
